Scholarships
$2,000 College Scholarship for Junior/Senior Student attending a four-year college or university in Bexar County, Texas
Requirements of applicant:
- Must enroll for a minimum of 12 hours of credit at a four-year college in Bexar County
- Must have completed a minimum of 60 hours of college credit
- Must have a minimum GPA of 2.5
Deadline for application: Applications must be postmarked by March 2.
Applications must include:
- Letter stating:
- Personal data to include: name, address, phone number, social security number
- Statement of financial need
- Biography
- Educational Goal
- Letter of Acceptance from college in Bexar County and date of attendance
- Undergraduate transcript, most recent semester
- Three letters of recommendation.
- Completed application (may be obtained from university or at www.alsanantonio.org)
$2,000 scholarships are paid directly to the four-year college or university in Bexar County which student will attend.
